DUTCH FORWARDING CONDITIONS
Our activities are subject to the General Conditions of FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics). Deposited at the Registry of the District Courts at Amsterdam and Rotterdam on 1 May 2018, or the latest version deposited.
DUTCH WAREHOUSING CONDITIONS
Warehousing activities are subject to the Dutch Warehousing Conditions deposited by the FENEX, Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics, at the Registry of the District Court at Rotterdam on 15 November 1995, or the latest version deposited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VALUE ADDED LOGISTICS
Value added Logistics are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Value Added Logistics deposited by the FENEX, Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics, at the Registry of the District Court at Rotterdam on 15 November 1995, or the latest version deposited.
LOGISTICS SERVICES CONDITIONS
Logistics Services are subject to the Logistics Services Agreement as filed by FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics) and TLN (Transport and logistics Netherlands), with the district court of Rotterdam on 2 April 2014 under number 28/2014. Or the latest version deposited by the FENEX and TLN. All latest versions can be downloaded at www.fenex.nl or on our website www.foxglobal.nl.
National transport takes place under the “Algemene Vervoercondities 2002”. Filed with the clerk of the court in Amsterdam under number 81/2014 and with the clerk of the court in Rotterdam under number 2/2015. You can download these in Dutch and English at www.sva.nl/avc.
International transport is done in accordance with the provisions of the CMR convention.
